FAQ
So... What's with the owl?
Owls symbolize practicality and wisdom in myths, allegories, and other works of art. When navigating a challenge, I consider relevant factors, explore differing viewpoints, and take constructive action to address it.
how DOES A performing arts background SHAPE your PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WORK?
Producing a live performing arts event or series contains similar elements to project management in other industries.  Every project's success is dependent upon the tools, time and talent allocated towards its completion.  A background in dramatic analysis enables to me evaluate what compels a customer, like a character in a play, to take action.
WHAT FACTORS CONTRIBUTE TO PRODUCING SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS?
I've enjoyed the greatest success in projects that utilized Servant Leadership and Agile Management practices.
HEY NICK, HOW DO YOU APPROACH DOING SOMETHING YOU'VE NEVER DONE BEFORE?
My grandparents taught me how to educate and empower myself through researching, seeking knowledge from skilled practitioners and undertaking training. If I don't know how to do something that I need to know in order to accomplish a goal, I'll find out how to do it myself and/or build a team with the requisite skills to achieve successful project completion.  My career is full of firsts.
